QS Facilities Management progression in becoming a fully fledged Facilities Management service provider has been achieved strategic planning and development. We initially built our expertise in the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems.

In subsequent decades, through joint ventures, acquisitions and entrepreneurship, we broadened our horizon to include electrical systems, servicing of large tonnage chillers, general and specialised cleaning services, security services and most recently energy management by achieving RSB Accreditation as an FM Services Company.

Today, we have a strong and integrated service portfolio and are one of the largest FM service providers in the UAE. With Many live projects, we are leaders in infrastructure, luxury property, industrial facilities, mixed-use developments, commercial, residential, retail and education sectors.

Being one of 34 companies that forms the QS Facilities Management Group, our services are complemented by our sister companies which bring together a wealth of expertise across the industries.
